Rental options at Beaverfoot Lodge to accommodate events of various sizes. Here’s how we can adjust the rental options:

Small Scale Events: $2,000 + $4,600 per night.

  • Hotel capacity:  Lodge and Cabins can accommodate approximately 64 guests

  • Ideal for fewer than 100 attendees: Intimate gatherings, retreats, weddings, workshops, birthday parties.

  • Features: Cozy atmosphere, picturesque surroundings perfect for creating intimate and memorable experiences.

  • Amenities: Access to facilities including event spaces and outdoor areas within Yoho National Park.

Medium Scale Events: $3,000 + $4,600 per night

  • Hotel capacity: Lodge and Cabins can accommodate approximately 64 guests

  • Event ideal for 200-300 guests: Conferences, corporate retreats, medium-sized weddings, sport events, yoga camps

  • Features: Ample space for event activities, picturesque surroundings of Yoho National Park.

  • Amenities: Access to all facilities including event spaces, camping area, dining areas, and outdoor recreational areas.

Large Scale Events: $5,000 + $4,600 per night

  •  Hotel capacity: Lodge and Cabins can accommodate approximately 64 guests

  • Event ideal for 500 – 1000 guests: Sport events and musical festivals

  • Amenities: Access to all facilities including event spaces, camping area, dining areas, and outdoor recreational areas.

Territory over 60 acres and you’re allowed to host camping, set up stages, tables, displays and other events supply, you have a fantastic opportunity to create memorable outdoor events.
