We couldn’t have dreamed for a better Wedding than ours last summer at Beaverfoot Lodge. We were amazed of how hard the staff worked to make sure our weekend ran smooth. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, making Beaverfoot truly feel like ‘our place’ for the entire weekend. They were very attentive, and paid attention to all the details that were important to us.
The setting at Beaverfoot could not have been more picturesque. I will never forget the moment as the bride, being pulled in the covered wagon by the horse to the ceremony, looking out at the fields of wild flowers with the mountains and river setting the backdrop for our special day. The photo opts were infinite…the beautiful surroundings sure made our photographs memorable, from the buttercups fields, to the canoe on the lake, all of the pictures were incredible.
We loved how many different ‘areas’ there are at Beaverfoot. There was accommodation to suit all of our guests needs, from beautifully furnished cabins, to cozy lodge rooms, to the rustic outdoor experience in the chuckwagons and campground, all of our guests were comfortable and could truly make a relaxing vacation weekend out of our wedding. The lodge also provided delicious homemade meals for our guests which everyone raved about. We loved having the pavilion where we could gather for our reception and dance. It was amazing to look out at the mountains while we ate dinner. Our guests from out of town were mesmerized by the views at every turn.
One of the best parts for us was being able to spend an entire weekend with our family and friends to celebrate. Being at Beaverfoot for three nights allowed us the chance to spend quality time with all our families. There were also so many great activities to take in, from canoeing, to hiking, and horse back riding. By the end of the weekend, All of our guests were saying, “this was the best wedding ever!”. And I truly agree. The geography and staff at Beaverfoot truly make it a magical place to be. My husband and Look forward to making it our annual Wedding anniversary destination for many years to come!

I just wanted to send you an e-mail thanking you again for such a perfect day for our wedding. The food was phenomenal and the service was top notch and everything went off without a hitch. Everyone we’ve talked to gave you and your cooks top marks on the food, the quality and amount was perfect. I would definitely recommend The Beaverfoot to anyone that was looking for an all inclusive venue, having the ceremony and reception in one location made everything so much easier but I would have to say booking the lodge for 2 nights instead of 1 is the way to go.
